    I think you have to wait for the battery test before jumping on to conclusions.
    I guessing something between 80-90 hours with gsmarena battery test.

      I like everything about xperia 1 except the battery life, so instead of getting it, i opted for p30 pro. Everybody is happy.

I'll only buy a phone like that is there isn't an alternative in the market. But hopefully we still have a lot for now. And good ones.

                  Battery made by Sony has much higher quality than other.
                  After note7 failure, Samsung almost bought batteries from Sony formtheir phones.

                    Tech sites will like too. GalaxynF has a 21:9 outer screen, nobody said anything.
                    The fingerprint scanner of XZ2 got much more critics than Lenovo Phab 2 Pro, despite both being at same spot.

There is no phone out there that can hold out 2 days of heavy use. I am talking about hours of screen on time. With youtube, browsing and social media the screen is on all the time. Lets say 4 a 5 hour of screen on time.

                      With my P10 end up around 10% at the end of the day with heavy use, the worst i ever was like 3% or something, maybe 2 or 3 times it didnt make the end of the day.

                      Today i didnt use my phone that much and at the moment its still at 51%, but as i sad before with heavy use my phone ends up around 10 a 20 % usually .

                                The issue most people overlook when they talk about battery size is that every person has is own preferences.

                                Let me give myself as example;
                                If my phone last 1 hole day that would be more then enough for me. Most of the time I would be browsing, social media or watching youtube video's, sometimes making videos or taking pictures. My wifi, 4g network and bluethooth are on all day.
                                In this scenario my Huawei P10 gets me to the end of the day with 10 to 20 % of juice.

                                Now I don't know of any high end phone that can last 2 hole days with the above described using pattern, so why should I have a bigger battery if I still have to charge my phone half way the second day when I am not home.

                                Usually I start the day around 10 a clock with 100% charge end the day around 01:00 with like 10 a 20 % of juice.

                                In this case 3300mah battery is more then enough for me, but I can understand that it wouldn't be enough for those who play games and stuff.
                                Almost all phones on the market would be enough for me. and for most people around the world.

                                Also the batteries of today are very advanced compared to the old days. My Huawei P10 battery is as good as day one, after 2 years of use and everyday charge from 10% to 100%

                                If this battery doesn't suits you then you have to look for another phone, it's as simple as that.

                                      Actually it is a preview and not a review. Would love to see the quality of photos and videos this smartphone produces. Especially considering the enormous delay in hitting the market.

                                        im using z3c with debloated rom, the battery is still like from 2015 when i bought the phone, cca 2 days with wifi on, or 1,5 day with lte on
