Samsung Galaxy A70 debuts in India, sales start from May 1

It's powered by Snapdragon 675 SoC, features a 6.7-inch Infinity-U display, and has a triple camera setup at the back.

    Samsung needs to sort out its India prices for the A70.
    "Samsung also announced the Galaxy A70 which is priced at ¥2499 (~$374) for the 6GB + 128GB version and ¥2799 (~$418) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB version. The Galaxy A80 was also announced at the event but there is no info on its price yet."

    If it's being manufactured in its enormous manufacturing factory/facility in India, it must pass on the cost benefits to its customers.

      Only logical time to buy a Samsung mobile is during Flipkart's big billion sale in October. One gets previous years flagship for 29990. S7, S8 have been sold at this price, so will S9.
      If one wants to pay premium for brand value why not go for a high end device?

              There are many things that need to be considered apart from specs sheet. But people do not get that and you definitely are one of them.

Why can't people grasp the basic concept that you're paying for the brand, service and quality? Would you expect to pay the same for a Mercedes with a 2 litre engine, as a Ford with a similar engine? No. That's how branding works, it's very simple if you understand business. People are prepared to pay extra for a brand they like and trust. If you want your phone to have issues a year down the line, then buy from a Chinese company instead. Stupid people pay twice.

                  Vivo phones such as V15 and V15 pro, Oppo F11Pro have been priced at above 25,000 and people were okay with it. no Samsung has released a phone with same specs (or better actually) at the same competitive price, people are criticizing it! Come on! get a life guys.
                  By the way, do you guys know that only Samsung offers Widevine L1 as compared to Vivo and Oppo that offer L3 even when they are madly priced.

But I do agree with the fact that 25,000 would have been a better price for this phone.

                                Samsung is doing same mistake again, India is a price sensitive country. one could get a Oneplus6t @ inr 33.5k after discounts now in India & it is far better that this overpriced piece

                                  Good pricing. Definitely better than V15Pro and F11Pro.
