great update but no new system of navigation available on motorola version of pie

For some reason the device got smoother but lags more every once in a while and at a greater degree!
EU model 16GB/2GB.

It's amazing to me how Moto chooses to update these low end devices before higher end ones like the Moto Z2 Play. Why pay more if this is the treatment you get?
