I bought the 81104G as a spare phone (and for the fun of the retro), and was actually surprised to see how 'smart' this feature-phone is. It even got GPS. (Whether one should see it as a smart feature-phone or a dumb smart-phone is a matter of half full or half empty glass)

As the battery is removable, you can easily slip in a piece of plastic between the electrodes and that is crucial for a spare phone, as this means that it can last for many months on a charge, and still be above 90% when turned on.

So ideal to slip in the glove department of your car. Should it get stolen, it is a limited loss.

It got both music, video and youtube players. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Music streaming services primarily for offline use". do you mean streaming over WiFi, or?

That's accomplished by loading your music library on an microSD and chucking it in the phone. But I can see the point, people tend to have less music records/files and rely on the volatile market of streaming music.
Regarding your temptation to get the 8110 - maybe it's for the best for you that you've resisted. From my viewpoint, it's a failed attempt. Overall a very good concept ruined by the horrible numpad (my personal golden standard is still Nokia 3210; this new one has mushy keys which register the input very poorly and are almost impossible to type on without looking at them due to tiny borders) and system navigation on the verge of usability (at least if you have been used to the "good old ones" from Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens et al.).

While that may partly have to do with price of messages going down, so people didn't have to get as much through in a single message as possible, nowadays a lot of communication seems to be with the use of emojis, and abbreviations, and simply reactions, rather than writing long messages of text.
I can still write without looking on the screen on a numerical keyboard, without errors. I can't even write when looking at the screen on a qwerty touchscreen-keyboard without errors.

I like the idea of these semi-smartphones. If only they got support from a few more relevant developers. Music streaming services primarily for offline use. And local mobile electronic ID services. Local money transfer services for user to user transaction.
I have never used über or similar, or any taxi booking on the mobile, so I don't know how their web-services are, and if they require the use of an app, but full support for that if there isn't already. And where needed public transport support, and local banking apps, if there aren't web services covering that.
I'm not sure how the Google maps support is, so I don't know if it would live up to expectations.
If they could throw in a widely supported NFC payment method as well, that would be fantastic.
I guess there are a few social media services it would have to support as well, that are not supported yet.

All in all that could make for a great extra phone. Where there will be some compromises in terms of use of some services due to the small screen, but without forcing the user to completely disconnect from IM services, and be left without the ability to book a car or do money transfer and so on, that has basically become basic needs.

A decade back, we had habit of typing short messages with those tiny keys, but now, with the qwerty keypad available on touch screen phones, how are we are suppose to type long messages on these messaging apps? Just to type BACK word, I had to press 2 digit key twice, 2 digit key once, 2 digit key thrice & 5 digit key once. Now, we can't just go backwords.
