But it does have a imei. Instead of imei it has meid.
Can i intall full software to phone with imei and unlock?
Plz. Help me. Im in sri lanka.

ihave this phone also last 2012 galaxy s2 wimax from au kddi,from my sister in japan i try to unlock this phone but no luck. not only because no available (codes) because no IMEI (instead MEID),Theres no 3g or 2g network in mobile network setting, only au network setting. u cannot call d emergency no. 112. i think there's no chance to unlock this phone...i only use my phone as a device for pocket wifi and for mp3.

i have also samsung galaxy s2 wimax(au) from japan.. but i cannot use her in philippines because cannot open line. what can i do? the technician said that they cannot open here in philippines because there is no code to open the line her in philippines.. what can i do? plz 4ward the code to open the line here in philippines. thnk u

It still is an ugly phone, but since we associate it with "powerhouse", "huge succes", "expensive", "the best", etcetera, we can not escape seeing it with some admiration for what it has become. And mighty... 4,7". It's almost a Note.
