I figured out that the "no random music" refers to the infamous U2 album stunt Apple decided to pull back in 2014.

And the 1,000,000 $ question is: Who is the next flagship - killer?
(Because certainly 1+ is not anymore)

I am a OP fanboy and totally understand them. Unfortunately, the cell phone business has come to a point that it can’t introduce anything that really grabs the heart of end users. Chins, punch holes, insane camera specs, higher screen refresh rates, etc, none of them is really important to the average user. Funny thing is that they don’t want to go old school like increasing battery capacity which is completely ignored or making more durable phones (of course they have to make money but there are other ways, and also they just want to grow bigger with no reason) introducing crazy innovations like more cameras on the back and selfie cameras that are like an orphan wandering around for a place to sit on the phone. People like to document their memories and it’s really not important for them to record 720p or say 4k (frankly I can’t see that much of a difference on a big screen).More than 90 percent of the world don’t even have 4k TVs and don’t care for the quality, let alone 8k! they ditched the lovely 3.5mm jack in favor of bluetooth headphones that need recharges every now and then and are never as reliable as wired headphones (I know the problems with the wire and everything but after all you have an everlasting companion!) and still almost all of the best headphones in the world are wired. All of us like to do serious gaming with our PS or XBOX which are way more powerful and enjoyable than our crazy small smartphone! and occasionally play games that every phone can handle. But they trick us with special gaming phones that are totally useless. None of the companies has worked on a way to improve signal when the signal is poor or some kind of a reserve battery for emergency calls when the phone’s battery is out. They try to shape our minds the way they want with useless technologies and make money out of it. Even android is not improving with important things like higher security or more useful features. Does anyone understand the difference between different models of Snapdragon 800 series? 700? The power of 5G? Can you watch a 2hour youtube video that is loading pretty normal on a 4G network, faster on a 5G one?! Notches were the trend of 2018 and today no- notch is the trend and no one ever thinks that they were idiotic in the first place! Back to OP, it’s completely understandable that they want to make more money and grow bigger, but the problem is that people liked OP because it was like Robin Hood, taking what expensive phones had and give it to cheaper phones. Guys who bought OP couldn’t afford flagship phones and were happy that there is someone who thinks about them and makes good phones (actually very good phones with high class looks, adequate screen quality, fantastic UX, Dash Charge, etc) at an affordable price. I myself have a 5T and believe that it is the ultimate smartphone! Before that I had a 3t and boy what a phone! I’d never change it if it didn’t break. Today flagship killer is just a pleasant memory. OP wants to play big and makes more expensive phones with ridiculous specs. Flagship killers today are Pocophones and Realmes (backed by big companies) and OP (which was once like a group of enthusiasts who were having fun making good phones backed by fans) with its high prices and useless features is becoming the flagship to kill.
