Pocophone cost 100 less for a last year flagship and is a lot better .
Xiaomi MI9 cost same price and is a lot better.

I got my Pixel 3 for $450 and it arrives tomorrow! That's only $50 more and it was the 128 GB one. I mean, I would love to get the headphone jack but the Pixel 3 comes with its own USB-C earbuds. I also want a flagship SoC. Not a weaker processor. I'm done with midrangers. I need top-of-the-line for it to age better.
The Pixel 3a should be worth only $250-$300.

Differential pricing for India is likely as there are few software features that might not be available or as handy as in US/Canada. So, expect $300-350 for india.

This pricing is probably good for US/Canada but certainly not in India/South Asia. With this price, pix 3a need to compete with OnePlus: which is a terrible story for Google. I still suggest Google to offer differential / tiered pricing for South Asian market if they really want a head start.

Lol. 399 for this. The OnePlus 6T with 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage is going for 450 here, so not so difficult to make a choice. The Galaxy A70 is about 399 here as well

Pricing seems reasonable to start but i am sure after about 6 months or less the Pixel 3a will drop to about $350 and the 3a XL to under $430. There are just too many top mid-range phones out there with top specs.

The best budget in America will probably be the 3a series, but not anywhere else. You would be able to get a redmi note 7 pro for less in other countries. Same with realme 3 pro.
