Will OnePlus bring out a 7t later on this year or do the 7Pro replace the upgraded 't' variant?

Having a glimpse of both the spec sheets it is surely a marketing technique. Overall OP is going to justify the price ( hundreds more than OP7) of "OP7 pro" by offering a low spec OP7 without a big difference from OP6T. Hope you guys understand.

If the pricing rumours are true, then OnePlus has really made a bad judgment call on 7/7pro models.
OnePlus used to be "users brand". They used to listen to their customers and I was one of them for years.
I guess those days are over...
Most of us still wants big battery, descent screen, a lots of ram and storage, headphone jack, ip rating, smooth software with no bloatware and price that is affordable. Look at Pocophone!
No gimmicky onscreen fingerprint, 90Hz screen, pop up cameras... For 700$ i would choose galaxy s10 anytime or even A70 for under 500$ (amoled screen, headphone jack, usb c)

People must be living in the past. Actual prices of S10 and P30 aren't those 1000, are a lot lower and compete directly at 750 with the One Plus 7 now. And at the same price S10 will be chosen. Even the P30 Pro have some offers at similar price.

Dissapointing, 04 May 2019I feel like with these prices and features it is soon be ca... moreThe 8/128 6T costs 579€, usually they get 20-30€ more expensive with every new iteration. Same thing happened again.
The pro is a huge step, super expensive high end display and triple camera come at a great cost, this will be 750, where the S10+ and P30 pro cost 1050euros, in a typical oneplus fashion.
But this time, they also hold some aces, UFS3.0 and 90hz
So ppl will pay 1000 to Samsung should they value display above else, 1000 to Huawei should they value camera above all else. And 750 to oneplus should they value smoothness and speed. Guess what most ppl will choose, i know what i will...

Mr. Developer, 05 May 2019May be OnePlus forgot who their fanbase are & who these... moreFor starters, I also have the 6T.
But the 7 esp the pro, does not only have a new CPU.
Which is not a small thing, as it happens once every two years and the major benefit will be on battery endurance.
The pro will also see a major upgrade on the display, which was for me, the 6T's greatest weakness, it lacked in luminosity, now they went OTP with qhd, HDR and 90hz
For most of the ppl camera was the greatest flaw, a flagship ought to drop depth cam, for ultra wide and telephoto and well, here it is, hence the heavy price tag...
And of course the first phone with UFS3.0, this will be a huhe advantage, ppl are unaware right now, but all the other flagships have 2017 UFS2.1
Dropping the notch is very, very important for some, if i could choose, i would drop the selfie cam completely. Isnt this a first?
For me it matters and this was a reason to exlude the 6,with its Apple notch.
And if course more surprises await, like stereo speakers, more colors, faster charging, finally usb3 and hopefully dual GPS.
You rarely get to see such technological advances in a 6 months time...

Something is wrong here... the 7 is bigger than the 6T yet it has a smaller display?

May be OnePlus forgot who their fanbase are & who these phones are intended for.
It's time remind them of it.
I am definitely not ditching my 6T just for a newer processor.
It doesn't worth the upgrade. I want the price to be low.
Not these unnecessary refresh rates, in-display fingercrap or pop-up d*ck camera. For people who need these, OnePlus can just pull out another gaming series. Ruining the original brand doesn't make any sense what so ever.

the one plus 7 for 40k INR will give u an upgraded one plus 6t which is for 32k. the upgrades r not noteworthy. this time one plus will get a reality check and pple will not buy their phones. they r not apple with blind followers. the 1+ fan base r smart and money minded. they wouldnt pay 50k for a phone without ip rating, camera not better than samsung and unnecessary addition to their screen refresh rate which frankly doesnt serve any major purpose. aslo in india samsung dropped their s10 prices to match if not better them with the right combination of buybacks and instant cash back. this time oplus will loose their sales in india their second largest business provider.

I feel like with these prices and features it is soon be called "mid range" killer.
OnePlus seemed like the brand to be looking for, yet it became greedy, price jump is huge and it is becoming ridiculous while yet it lack so many features. Once again it will have only a mid range phone level camera, and really lack of main features, it is basically a mid range phone with flagship processor that is it, is Pro worth suddenly ~ 850 euros, I do not think so. It is no longer a value / price brand or product, I rather add a 100 or 200 and buy with everything maxed out, or rather go with Huawei which actually became what OnePlus used to Motto for. In the end, it is going to be a great phone, but way overpriced, I feel it is becoming a new Apple, increasing the costs while cheaping out on features.
