for almost $700. just get a mi 9 for about half that price $450 and call it a day...

it will be this year big battle this asus zenfone 6 with Oneplus 7 pro and Lenovo Z6 pro, xiaomi Mi9 pro, also Axon 10 pro from ZTE and Oppo reno 10x and we have not forget on prepared Motorola Moto Z4 force and meizu 17 class which will arrive probably in summer.. ..we will see which flagship will win this year..
and of course in comparison with classic phone flagships like samsung S10+ (sd 855 version) or LG G8/V50 thinq and huawei P30 pro

As far as I know OP fans always said Full HD was more than enough.
That QHD was just to spend more battery.

I am wondering how will they justify this rather high price with a FullHD display when even devices like the OP7Pro have jumped to a 90Hz QHD OLED with HD10+ , and similar price.
Anyway hope they do well. Zenfone 5Z was a good vfm.

I hope they did the impossible by adding a headphone jack on the base of the phone considering that all slider phones don't have a jack because of how super slim the base is.
