I do not understand why samsun uses 2 different chipsets. If snapdragon is better why they do use exinos?

Although processing can be similar, you didn't consider the hardware aspect, more specifically the GPU and ISP of both variants, in which the Snapdragon is generally superior.
And don't you just notice it, that despite the Pixel 3 having basically the same camera configuration as the Pixel 2, and even when the Pixel 3's camera software is installed in the Pixel 2, the Pixel 3 would still generate better results in some ways.

Even without the camera stuff and that, Exynos S10, in particular, is simply inferior to the Snapdragon variant, most especially in performance.

Snapdragon and Exynos version have camera differences? What kind? Can anyone give me a reading/ source link on this topic?

Like the people will care.
95% of users of S10 and S10+ use it for the very basic things, calling, messaging, internet, takibng photo and playing games.
Maybe only 5% use the phone more than i said above.
And from that 5% maybe 0,5% use the phone to ist full potential.
In other words buying S10 just because its flagship and someone can spark among his friends and family is fail.
My Moto X4 now purchasable for 200 bucks does the same tricks apart the fact is a bit slower when running same game as S10 or S10+.
But after 2 more socends of waiting any of the game run exactly smooth.
For that paying 800 more bucks for Samsung device is fail.

An entry-level or midrange DSLR camera is much better than a Galaxy S10+ if you do video blogging.
