At first, Lenovo just licensed the patents and everything else but after buying the Motorola Mobility brand and trademark portfolio, now Lenovo runs it all and those operations are not in Chicago. Lenovo just kindly lets the Motorola name and employees stay there.

Anyway, Motorola doesn't exist anymore. Now it's just another cheap china brand with a known logo on it, just like Nokia, Sharp and others.
Also, this looks like a very bad Samsung replica.
Now I'm asking you this : why bother getting the replica, when I can buy the original product this cheap brand is so desperately trying to copy?
