      If your not buying it why does it matter much it costs. Some people need to get over it and move on.

        Ok paint job, increase $150 ......poor inferior WiFi (basically negates processor capabilities), below average PPI, half-baked Dual SIM(no dual standby mode), no app twinned capabilities in the OS, LCD screen yet asking for ransom! No thanks!

          wow! thats revolutionary! I wonder how it contributes to the total price increase.

It's about how is the placement of pixels (if they are in pentile or _whatever is the other one_). And also on if software is optimized for that screen or not eg if it is using anti aliasing or not. I'm not saying that iPhone XR's screen look bad. I know it has a good screen (brightness and colour accuracy wise, which are more important than just more pixels)

                                I bought iPhone 6s plus 1080 p display instead of XR this shows the value of 720p display XR and apple. Damn their service is awful checking temperature problem under AC condition, only stupids do that.
