The only way this will work is for the 7 to be priced between $399-499 while the pro version can go higher with it's premium specs. If not, don't bother making it.

it's just funny, from a 299$ to a nearly 1000$ one.. god people are naive...

700 Euros for a OnePlus phone?! NOPE

What to expect? Fragile screen and normal flagship price. For a product that doesn't have ip rating. Op7pro for the same price as sgs10+.

ZloiYuri, 14 May 2019So you think all these gimmicks making this chinaphone good... moreThese are childish complaints...The specs are comparable with all the flagships out there S10/S10+, Huawei P30/P30 Pro, Mi 9 and others. Yet the price they keep is still a bit lower. Which is good. Despite classic chinese manufactures (Huawei, Vivo, Oppo, Honor) they are mainly focused on smooth and bug-free user experience. That's why they are using different OS than parent Vivo/Oppo. And only competitor to me is Mi 9 but with 3300 mAh battery which is huge disadvantage. OP7 will have 4000 mAh some roumors says non-premium variant will have 4150 mAh. Does this look like small capacity to you? If yes, you speak nonsense.

                              Good bye original point.

Also, from the available photo samples, camera looks mediocre as f*ck.

But even then, seeing how much money OnePlus drowns in advertising (while saving on IP rating because it 'adds to the pricetag'), I wouldn't be surprised if they bought top 5 rank on DxOmark, since that site became a digital prostitute.

No. Camera still the same worst between all flagships, battery is tiny for that power-hungry screen. Design is the same old and outdated. And what about steal your private data? How fast people will reveal yet another backdoor there? Sure - soon.

To all the haters some facts:
                                      1) OnePlus 7 will be same price as its predecessors maintaining good price/value. Still one of the best OS experience, SD 855, fast UFS 3.0, camera comparable with Mi9, large battery, no pop-up camera. => Flagship killer
                                      2) OnePlus 7 Pro will be device comparable with premium flagships. Notchless 3K curved display - phablet sized. This comes naturally with higher price tag, but you can still buy non-pro version which offers almost same features in just a little less premium package.
...me personally will choose OP7 Pro, becuase 1 year with Huawei P20 Pro is enough. EMUI is the worst and performance lacks with every new update.
