One for every type of person.
Basic one with buttons and big screen for elderly people.
basic one with small screen and physical buttons.
Cheap touchphone but small. Cheap and large with big battery.
Awerage midranger. A flagship phone.
ONe gaming device a year and a Phablet. It would be more than enough,
No need to make 10k devices a year for 500+ companies.

Just glad we dont have any P8 lite 2019 model or P9 lite 2019 model or P10 lite 2019 model.
Still new phone and new case.
So many cases for so many phones.
I wonder why the base cant be equal. So the most cases would fit.
Such as Iphone 7-8 pr X and XS. Etc.
I run a phone shop and having a gazzilions different phone case and looking for a exact one among sea of others is sometimes very difficult.

For more it has OLED screen and lower price while in power they are pretty much in the same level.

Maybe some Nokia killer as these are in same category with the price and what you get

It's nice that it will be in a smaller form judging from the screen size specs. But too expensive for what hardware compomemts it has.

Also just noticed - the design is VERY familiar to that of S10e. It looks like it's going to be a great alternative for people who want a compact sized phone, but don't need that much juice.
Considering the fact that the old P20 lite is still extremelly popular here in Czech Republic (currently 11th most sold device based on last week data), I predict the new P20 lite is going to be sold like hot cakes if the price is right.

AM... moreYou're forgetting one thing - size. A50 is 6.4", while P20 lite 2k19 is 5.84".
It may not seem like a lot in chinese of indian markets where people dig the large screens, but in Europe, people crave for more compact phones. After all Huawei isn't stupid, they know who they sell to.
