But people are already drooling over quad core things...
again.... people are not smart enough...

Android barely supports dual core (which means it can't take advantage). All symbian needs is a snappy CPU along with some optimization and 1 GB of RAM. If you really want to take advantage over multi cores, you need to have a program (and OS) that supports multi threading.

Come on Guys get real, U maybe love NOKIA but Symbian is long gone and most people who consider Symbian due to the low price and they have no interest in advanced technology and what has to offer in OS such iOS, Android or WP7 simply receive phone calls and SMS nothing wrong with that i don’t have to be complete geek to when it comes to phones i just buy what i need and it's low-end phones mid-range at best.
once again we love NOKIA but let's not be blind Symbain is way behind and a lot of people lost interest in it.

So we'll be able to keep our first-gen WP7 handsets updated with the latest OS version. This is something we've come to expect and it's good to see MS is not letting us down.
Would be awesome if Nokia's next N8-like cameraphone was running WP7...

This is what efficiency is all about. iOS already practices it, now WP7 will also do the same. If Android continues on its bloated path, it will eventually backfire on them.
