OnePlus 7 Pro jumps onto the DxOMark podium with its triple rear camera

14 May 2019
It's only one point away from the leaders - the Huawei P30 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S10 5G.

AnonD-558092, 14 May 2019You're implying that DxO had ANY credibility prior to this ... moreThey lost their balls big time when they include zoom and bokeh as a subscore just because apple had those in their cameras.
And they hated Sony will all their heart too

That's why it's so expencive - heavy promotion costs a lot. How much they had to pay this DxO for obviously unfair rating?

Is it also possible that DxoMark says a little bit true?
When you look at the hardware it seems pretty good... Then let's wait for further feedback from the users and we will see. But according to me saying that DxoMark is paid and influenced and that in reality cameras of One Plus 7 Pro is crap, is also not measured...
And I am saying this whereas I never bought any One Plus phone and I will not buy this one either...

            No 3.5mm audio jack.
            Fail

              Who cares of corrupted DXoMark!??
It's funny the OP7 Pro with Portrait pictures of 2016 phones is under of 2 Kings of photography by only 1 point. Funny.

So they had money for a high dxomark score but didn't have money for IP rating. Not to mention that at the launch event they claimed 800 nits display brightness and that's obviously not the case either

I wonder how this phone's camera competes with xiaomi mi 9 (I don't trust dxomark rating)
                  Any idea?

Paid! I've seen the results at gsmarena's photo comparison tool and it's nowhere near those two! And b4 you fanboys complaint about needing to wait for software update, the phone has already been used by reviewers and received a couple updates. Only time will tell i guess. But as for now, it can't even compete with the freakin' mi 9!

So it was real that those photos at the release event were from DSLR professional cameras from National Geographic...

And now people talking about port Gcam again to get something decent at night. Lul

I'm not going to waste my money on this. So your money goes to pay Dxomark and reviewers, Wollywood starts, etc, instead of add usefull features to the phone and hire better image processing engineers. As usual, liars.

If I want to buy an unlocked U.S version of this phone.. where can I buy it? Amazon? Best Buy?

Wouldn't buying it from T-mobile mean it's locked or branded? I don't use any locked or branded phone.

I need an unlocked phone because I travel overseas a lot.

                              Anyone?

                              Thanks

DxOMark is where credibility goes to die.
                                  What a farce...

I'm an iPhone user and I'm fall in love with this phone

Anyone who's looking for a real insight of the camera, check out MrMobile's review below:

                                      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eL3fBhttgS0

He's one of the most genuine professional reviewers out there, and tells you exactly what's good and bad about it. The display, build & performance is great, but the cameras are really not that great.

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is too much... its the best
