Glass is a horrible material for a big phone as its slippery and fragile. So you will need a phone case anyways.

I will always take the word of GSMarena who were impressed with the screen of the Poco F1 and Jerryrig who certified the F1 as a well built phone over a troll like you who doesn't even own the phone but just parrots wrong info from the internet and when presented with facts continues to cling to his misinformation cause trolls behave that way.

I said it has poor construction because it has a plastic frame which is unacceptable for a self-proclaimed "flagship killer" phone.
Lastly, modern phones come with plenty of storage, so SD cards are no longer required by most people.

I see that you're a Poco fanboy, but that doesn't make it a better phone to others.

LED Notification for many beats -always on display.
An efficient processor with a sizable battery means Loong battery life -Every one loves this, this is what the Asus Zenone promising to bring (5000 mAh with 7nm processor -2 full days of battery) -A real winner.

Better than a lot of phones including flagship devices. Gsmarena tested the screen and they were impressed with the colour accuracy. Brightness is not the best but more than decent in bright sunlight.

Second yes the design is not great or the horrible notch but the construction is very good. Jerry rig tested it and the phone passed with flying colours. So no the construction is definitely a plus not a minus.

And lastly you forgot to mention that the Poco f1 has an sd card slot albiet a hybrid one. The real me x is a good phone but the poco f1 is still a fantastic phone

Notification LED -- an archaic form of showing notifications. We have Glance Screen and Always-On-Displays now. So this is not needed. (unless you are a retro user and want LED + Morse Code support)

SD card slot -- those slow down the phone and pose security threats and data corruption. Not needed.

4000+ mAh batteries -- nope, we need smaller batteries and more efficient processors. All that matters is how long the phone lasts on a battery charge. So we need to aim for better battery life and small sizes instead of big batteries.

I've never used one but I know it deserved the attention as it is the best value phone primarily aimed for developing countries and its compromises aren't as significant as you'd say.

It's got its ups too ya know, better than Mi 8 in some aspects. You simply cannot ignore it when it's priced competitively with some midrangers. The successor will probably fix some flaws. If you're rooting for phones cheaper than Poco then there's quite a big market.

Bland design. Ugly notch. Big chin. Poor construction. Mediocre camera. Cheap LCD display.

The only advantage that has over Realme X is the faster SD845 SoC, which most people couldn't tell apart from the SD710 during regular usage.

Wow! That price is enticing. Now waiting for Redmi k20.

So will we be able to get it in europe, like from sites like aliexxpress and gearbest, will this have global rom eventually?

Realme X is the CHEAPEST bezelless phone, succeeding Lenovo Z5 Pro which was quite costly for a S710 device. It also has an AMOLED display and type C (FINALLY, unlike the overpriced F11 Pro and V15 Pro). I'd say this is a better buy than Samsung's A30 and A50 although the upcoming Redmi / POCO flagship still needs to be taken in consideration if priced well.

The starting price of $175 is rather attractive. Those specs are likely to satisfy the average user. As per Gsmarena's review, the phone doesn't seem to have any obvious drawbacks either, aside from the lack of SD slot perhaps.
