Wp7 came to be. Thare is a big company behind the OS and believe, they know how to keep users with thay. For me, it´s a matter of time, we gonna see MS with more than 50% of market share in the next 2 years. I use a HTC HD7 for more than a year, and I will continue to buy wp7 devices as it is really better than IOS and droids at all.

What restrictions you are talkign about, when you buy an Android or Iphone the first month you play with it download useless apps and musics and they you realize that your phone is getting weak in battery and then you start removing all apps and come to basic needs. So Windows phone's restrictions are perfect you dont need a DUAL CORE procesor to run your phone in speed liek Android WP runs great on single core and gives a great battery life. People expect that their smartphone will keep them away from their laptop and this is where WP comes in you have everything on it. If you need only media and just fun then dont come near to a WP stay on the kid's phone like Android and Iphone

I've thankfully managed to ditch my company Radar and I have no idea why anyone would choose Win7 over any other OS. The OS is highly restrictive, Zune makes iTunes look amazing and even the email client is broken when working with SSL certificates.

That was with an HTC not a cheaply made Nokia.

Nokia does not seem to realise instead of gaining people choosing Windows they have lost alot of buyers switching to Android,as Android is more like Symbian,i had the Nokia N8 over a year an wanted a change, but the Lumias stopped me doing functions i could with Symbian,so got the Samsung Galaxy S2 an all the functions i had on the N8 were not lost,Symbian an Windows are to Far apart, but Mr Elop was more bothered about helping is old employees Microsoft trying to do the same path as Apple an be successful in the Computer an Smartphone Market, but Windows is not the right choice by Nokia as Android is more related to Symbian

That means ... moreIt's because of the fact that various mobile phone manufacturers use different UIs that affect the satisfaction rating of Android users. Some say they are "willing to switch" but I doubt they are going for a WP7 phone. They are willing to switch to another Android phone OR maybe an iPhone.

Nokia, you're still not getting it. Just stick with your lowend phones and sell millions of 'em. You'll definitely grab the top spot on the number of cellphones sold (NOT smartphone)

Care to explain why Android's satisfaction rating is less than 50% if the user interface is more user friendly than iOS and WP7? The majority of Android users are not happy with the platform.

WP7's satisfaction rating is higher than Android, fyi.

Nokia phone has been around for less than 3 months.

HTC has been there a long time before Nokia launched WP phones.

How many Nokia WP7 phones are actually released? lumia 800(entry wp7) and lumia 710(poor man's wp7)....2 models available to consumers in less than 3 months and no mid level lumia 900 yet?
