"Designer 1 - What shall we make the back of the phone from?" "Designer 2 - Well, you know how glass screens get smashed quite easily if you drop your phone, well I was thinking we should make the back of the phone from glass too. That way no matter what side the phone lands on, it'll definitely smash and need to be repaired. Ripping the customer off even more"

Micro usb and plastic = hard skip!

RN7 prices are €179, €199, €199 and £199 in Spain, Italy, France and the UK respectively, so this is really an irresistible offering if its price is the same in all of them. Although it has no IR blaster, slower internet speeds, weaker camera and microUSB, everything else is a step-up over its competitor

*Cough* RN7's glass back and plastic frame isn't practical btw *cough*

Images are oversaturated with artificial colours. If they've fixed it in last couple of days then its a different issue.

The camera is close to the flagship grade of the last year - pleasantly shocked with the camera. The hold is slim enough to reach the other end if you have smaller hands too. Display is good. Go for it for couple of years.

                    > The Realme 3 Pro (...) priced €199/£175 and €249/£219, respectively."
                    > Redmi Note 7 goes for €179 in Europe but that phone offers an inferior chipset, compared to the Realme 3 Pro.

Meh, in this price segment every € counts, and the difference in performance is negligible. Personally I find biggest advantage of Realme 3 Pro in plastic back which is MUCH safer at this size (6.3"), but I'm afraid average consumers prefer glass for that 'premium feel'.

taking on redmi with shittier hardware cuz they're afraid of marginalizing their higher end offerings (which are still far more expensive than xiaomi's)
