Anonymous, 03 Jun 2019First off that's false. Second of all even if it was true i... moreI am not going to deny bias, as it is impossible to not have bias in any opinion you have about anything. But I like to work in facts, FACT is that nobody here knows who prototyped what device first. NOT A FACT that Apple has copied Samsung due to a few people on gsmarena seeing a patent for a device that may or may not ever be released after Samsung's device.
If dealing in facts makes me heavily biased towards Apple, then so be it

Anonymous, 31 May 2019Lol. Calling out your actions is an attack on their part? False. My post was about not knowing who works on what first, what prototypes get made. Being first to market doesn't mean it was your idea. You could copy an idea and rush it to market. I said, for all we know Apple might have concept and prototype a folding phone before Samsung. Didn't say that they did, just that for we all we know they might. We will never know.
and the guys response to this was, ooo apple fanboy, get your head out of the clouds, apple sucks. Attacking me and not my points at all.
All of these companies concept and prototype hundreds of devices that never make it to market. These fold phones are ridiculous and not ready, so wouldn't surprise me if Apple have already had prototypes of folding phones, but don't think they are ready yet with the technology we have

That's right, Apple. Follow the leader, Samsung.
Let me guess, you're going to start using larger displays, OLED technology, NFC, wireless charging, etc. Oh, wait.

Anonymous, 30 May 2019very clear you're biased against Apple. they don't copy eve... moreActually they do. all around they invest very few money in research waiting for others to spend. Then if they find the ideea worthy and futures, copyes it and claim is "better" they were first. Apple does not bother me as a competitor but does bother me as a lame greedy lying company. I cannot believe their are still people who think iphones are the first smartphones and are "the better quality". Only the first 4 iphones should have tell they ain't quality and for sure not better then others. Signal issues, no posibility to install an app, no apps (first iphone) in a era my phone transfered installation files through bluetooth, no bluetooth, no expandable storage, actually were nothing else then dumbphones with a touch screen... but biased mass ignorance embraced them as their saviour. Most probably because they never owned a smartphone.

Looks like one of my design proposals from last decade. It is virtually unbelievable companies kept us waiting for inward folding oled for so long when outward folding was all right.

MK, 31 May 2019And here comes an Apple FANBOY.
To let you know, Huawei ... moreNo. you couldn't be more wrong, and don't attack people, it doesn't make you clever.
Huawei got it right first time? Did they? Where is the product? They are releasing a product that has a soft screen all the way around the outside of the device. That doesn't sound clever at all. This technology is not ready for prime time, and these current for factors of folding phones will not stay around unless there is a big breakthrough in materials.
My point was purely that you cannot judge who copies who by who releases the product first. You will never know which company started R&D on these products first. I am not saying it is Apple at all, I am just saying, Apple is not the type of company to release something that isn't ready for prime time. They don't care about being first to market if the product isn't right.
If you think I am wrong and folding phones are ready for prime time then you are deluded

To let you know, Huawei made it work on the first go. It isn't necessary, Apple would be the innovator always, you're MAY'VE and MAY'BEs are a joke.
Wake up Apple Lover, Wake up, or go become Apple's advocate, justifying everything Apple does is always right. Lemme tell you, may be SOMETIMES but not always.

Anonymous, 30 May 2019when people are saying Apple copy and paste, you actually h... moreOooooohhhhhhhh of course. So basically back to Apple created everything first.
And rushed?? No concept is ever perfect upon first release.
Including apples copy and paste if many features. Just because they wait long after it's been released to make something better doesn't mean they did it best it or are the ones that actually put all the work into improving it
But overall it's something that Samsung had in the works for years. And their edge displays helped get things there too. And the main issue was what? Peeling off something not meant to be peeled. Not a severe design flaw or horrible rush side effect.

Anonymous, 30 May 2019when people are saying Apple copy and paste, you actually h... moreTrue. Doesn’t seem like Apple is in a race to be the first one out of the door, and for good reasons. Luk at the mess Samsung made with that foldable smartphone. Apple would bring it to consumers once it’s ready and actually usable.
Touch screen phones were in the market wen apple brought in their first iPhone. That revolutionized the industry. Just saying...
