But of course it is possibility that there has been "monday" mistakes, that happens to all or there has been wide problem concerning about this, but that is something that never happened in real life, long term and different models, so I believe more on real life experience in first hand in this case.

Yes could be. That I don't know, about that issue how true that is or not but what I do know is that some of my friends too have had or have glass xperias, and even today no cracked glasses, so that is something.

I got my Xperia 1 today and after testing the battery alot like 2 hours webbrowsing 1 hour listen to music 1 hour 1hour tube and other things and after 3 hours of screen on time the battery was down at 70% which is good enough but i discover something else about the screen resulotion when downloading a app from the play store ( the app is called
64 ) the screen on the Xperia 1
runs on Full HD+ ( 1096 x2560)
and not on 4k native . So you dont have to worry about batterylife at all and other then that this phone is excellent in performance . And the Xperia 1 is esay to use with one hand .

Others have too, we all know that.
But some features has been first in Sony as we many know, and there are many logical things, like nicely placed fingerprint sensor on a side of the phone.

I for one never encountered the so common issues you mentioned. I have an Xperia Z5 (it's now my mother's, and it's 3 years old. Only issues I encountered with it was my fault toying with its water resistance in chlorinated waters), an XZ Premium (mine. Been using it the last 3 months and so far absolutely no issues. Not even slowdowns), and an M4 aqua (my best friend's phone, he has it since 2 years ago and again, no dying motherboards or cracked glasses. The only issue he has is the msd slot cover not closing anymore because the rubber gave up long time ago).
Second time, do you have any source to back up your claims?

Denis Thomas, 03 Jun 2019Severe what? Any source to back up your claims?Endless pages across the internet if users all suffering? Duh. Myself included. They had severe motherboard failures for years. And somehow people hardly know if the issue. And if course is denied here by the so called fans.
And the glass thing most people on here were at least somewhat aware of. With the glass cracking extremely easily. And then from there even the tiniest of hairline would almost always render the entire touch useless.
And worst off is the after sales. These issues... Especially the constant dying motherboards were not recognized as manufacturer issues by Sony. And even worse was that if you were not under warranty you couldn't even pay them to fix it. They told you go on Amazon and look for parts.
Just some of the reasons Sony have been doing poorly in the mobile industry for years despite all their power, money, tech, brand name recognition, and potential.
