      iPads have their own version of apps an their own OS. Especially now with the separate iPadOS.

        The recent decline in the tablet market is because
        SAMSUNG is using weak chipsets and poor internal
        memory. And no new 12" model since long time.
        People don't want to buy 8" children toys only !
