        They better sell us the 256 GB version globally and I will forgive them for the lack of microSD slot.

          Not enough cheap for unofficial channels... They are profiting the first units to earn all they can from people without patience and who knows with what ROMs and bloatware. Better wait for official stores and channels at equal price. Then watch if the ROM is the official Global one, if not, download and flash that one, free of undesired apps and adds.

                  Just get the Mi9. for a small extra money , you can get an IR blaster better, Ultrawide camera, Gorilla Glass 6, Fast wireless charging and Snapdragon 855.

                    Too risky to buy this phone in grey market. You might end up buying a phone with unofficial global rom installed.
