All I want is a cheap 8 inch Android tablet with Snapdragon 600 series processor. Nothing more.

AnAverageViewer, 08 Jun 2019why is samsung not using exynos processor for Tablets? They did. Tab S and S2 (not the 2016 Tx13/Tx18x/Tx19 refreshes) had Exynos SoCs. But that's strange. Flagship Exynos are held back by their thermals. An E9820 on a tablet would be perfect and nearly unbeatable.

Jaeger, 08 Jun 2019And flagship price. I bet this will be very expensive.Yeah I wasn't expecting it to be free either. Though you won't find a better Android tablet, mainly because others have lost interest in tablets, but also because it has it all.

Snapdragon 845 with that single core, Really?
SD855 can have that multi core if it's throttling.
Except the Asus ROG phone I haven't seen any phone with SD845 reaching over 9.4k...

They always use last gen flagship chipset for their flagship tab series. Last year Tab S4 10.5 were using the SD835 so this Tab S5 will definitely be using SD845.

The MSMNile referred by the benchmark is a SD855.

So yeah, this is finally a proper flagship tablet with a proper flagship SoC. Yeah!!!
Also the Tab S5e's codename is gts4vlwifi, which means Tab S4 Lite.
