That "or" there is actually a "and ", and the reasons are as follows;
Talk about paying 50 ZL ( 10.50 GBP / 13.25 USD ) per month for optical fiber home internet with 100/150 Mbps speeds
and 25 ZL ( 5.25 GBP / 6.60 USD ) per month for an unlimited talk, text & data plan... :)

The known differences between 4G vs 5G are:
1. Transmission range of 4G is 45 miles radius vs 5G 46 meters radius(79 meters if in open area with no obstacles on a clear day) per tower.
2. One 4G energy wave length will equal to 100 5G wave length of the same distance while each 5G wave energy is compressed 100 times compare to 1 4G. Basically 5G energy is 100x100= 10000 times the energy of 1 4G wave.
3. 4G wave will pass through most none metallic substrate with no or little interaction.
5G wave will pass through a few light substrate of none metal, bio, earth material.
4. For health safety of long exposures it is required to be away from the transmission towers
4G 15 to 20 meters away for safety 5G 3 times the distance of 4G for health safety.

What I realized today was that 4G to as was a free upgrade, if you had a 4G phone and in an area where 4G signal was available, it will work normally.
But with 5G it seems that except for the data you will have to pay for the speed too.
I wonder now, in my country how much it will cost. I pay here 15 euro for 1GB with my plan(I have Pay Monthly Classic[It starts at 3 euro and pay for what you use, as I don't use my number almost at all, its a good value for me]. It's 5 euro per 1GB if you have a RED plan, RED Plus 5GB comes with unlimited minutes and SMS to all carriers and types of phones in the country with 5GB of data with 4.5G top speed, all these for 50 euro. The BLACK plan is almost identical with RED Plus but it has 20GB of data, 100 minutes for EU calls and every year you get a free phone up to 1200 euro, for all these with the up to 1200 euro phone, you have to pay 180 euro per month)!
1 time 2 years ago I actually turned on 4G Data and ate 3GB without any plan and I was charged with 210 euro!
And another time before 4G was a thing, I had done the same mistake and even though I didn't used a lot of data (less than 1GB for sure), I was charged 190 euro!
Lets say someone has a 5G phone and accidentally turns on data instead of wifi. He is at a cafe which there is 5G connection, and starts to download many huge files and only to realise later that he ate so many GB.
With these speeds even if you notice it soon enough, it will eat your data in seconds.
My carrier/ISP is the most expensive by far in my country but it's the only one with the biggest coverage in every type of connection and also is the most reliable. That's why I'm still with them(also my father works for them), even though for internet 10 down/0.8 up, basic TV pack and landline phone(with no unlimited minutes or anything) for 55 euro. My friends pay 35 euro for almost the same but the internet is 120 down and 8 up. I also have a friend who pays 60 euro for unlimited minutes,SMS and internet(has a speed limit of 40mbps up and doen if I'm correct and after 100GB the speed drops to 1-2mbps up and down)!
Sorry I got a bit(a lot XD ) off topic but I was discussing this with my friends as with their speeds they won't have a problem steaming games from there PC/Consoles.

Fastest 5G adoption rate so far. S.K government is the one being aggressive about it in attempt to compete with Japan and China. They are heavily subsidizes.
Samsung and LG 5G phones were discounted by carriers by a third or more, leading to official warnings that deep discounts could be illegal.
The pitch from the local operators is to offer 5G tariffs from around 50usd a month (more expensive than the basic ones for 4G) but give a lot more data throughput, so they work out at around the same cost for heavy users. There are also launch offers that cut those tariffs by a quarter or so for those who sign up early.
The key target group is mobile gaming, where the technology low latency, quick response time. Fun fact, South Korea is the 4th largest mobile gaming market in the world. Such is the level of national addiction to gaming that services are required to ban users under 16 and there is a cut off on mobile gaming at midnight. This is called the Shutdown Law or Cinderella Law. Feel free to Google them up.

THey can have even 10G but as long as 5G network generates 0,5 more SAR level of units nothing would be good for health.

We already being exposed by radiation by 4G,Bluetooth and wifi from a phone. So for me 5G is unnecessary because 4G is fast enough for every day usage
