Huawei filed trademark requests for HongMeng OS across several countries

When comes to Sony camera Sony never won any doxmark test nor even was in top 5.

      Many other brands phones with Sony camera can handle photos very well but Sony phones are just as bad as they coud be.

        My Chinese friends family are all from Hong Kong and they won't give up Apple, Although they do have Redmi phones or whatever they are called....I had to help set them up for use over here and she forget to mention all her tech , even laptops are in Chinese....anyway enough of my rant....I am going to try and keep a better eye on things before I type wrongly again

                  Luxor, 15 Jun 2019It might be possible in a few years. iOS market share at 14... moreIf iOS is at 14% global market share, 4% is from China because China has around 33% iOS users, and China is the biggest smartphone market as of 2019. But after the US ban of Huawei, people in China stare at iPhone users when it's popular ringtone rings and most of the iPhone users are switching to Huawei flagships. You know that China is a communal country. So we shall soon see that 4% share shifting to HongMeng OS. Why particularly HongMeng ? Because China has long back banned the use of Google Play Store & Services, you purchase any device in China it used to have the official Google Android but without any Google Apps pre-installed in it. So how different is this version from HongMeng, not much. Manufacturers other than Huawei have full support for it, already there are 1 million devices in China using HongMeng which is claimed to be 60% faster than Google Android. So in a couple of months the global share of HongMeng might be 5% and a year or two it will surpass the share of iOS reaching at around 20%. It's very easy for Huawei and other Chinese manufacturers to do that as the models sell at all budget levels including flagships, unlike Apple products which sell only at flagship prices.

Unfortunately 99% of phones user looking for a camera that shoot and go very few users care about manual mode and those how cares a photographer or a camera enthusiast.

But iPhone comes only with 2 phones and 1 mid range.

                              Well Samsung products are DOA but the phones that are selling more are Samsung Flaghsips not Huaweis this is only because USA trade ban with china. By the way huawei sells 600k phones a day.

                              Samsungs UI beats Huaweis - This is nonsense samsung UI is complete bloatware. Bixby, Samsung pay, Samsung internet and Samsung swervices included in UI are worst among all phones i ever had in my hands.

                              Samsungs camera is rated the best on certain websites DXOmark and Phone arena. False statement. Huawei P20 had best camera of last year phone. Mate 30 pro will beat Samsung phones in camera as well as Huawei P30 pro did. Even Nokia 9 pureview with their outstanding bokeh effect is a lot better.

                              Samsung reverse wireless charging is better than Huaweis. Even top samsung flagship cant charge more than 18W compared to Mate 20 with 40W or mate X foldable phone with 65W. Samsung wireless charging is even worse than Xiaomis which use 25W.

                              Samsung still let you use Sd card slot and Audio Jack.. Tell this to Note 10.
                              Huawei phones use own NM cards which are qual to standrard micro SD cards. Most Huawei phones have jack and those who dont i dont care. jack is useless ancient technology which have no place and space in future like phones especialy premium flagship ones. Maybe the wireless is not better than pluging the cord in terms of audio quality but wireless is the future where jack is the history.

                              All huawei has is their faster charging. Huawei phones always charge faster and use bigger batteries and offers a lot better value for asking price than Samsung phones.

                                      Don't get me wrong. One of my friends, he was about sell his newly bought Sony flagship smartphone, he was unhappy with camera's photo quality. I just changed few settings in that camera app and the pictures came sharper with high quality. An AUTO mode is not always accurate, sometimes a manual mode needs to be used.
