Seriously?? This is all Apple designers could come up with?? Even my Note9 back looks better (and it's rather unappealing to begin with).

You are right, and it is very sad to see people who are using thair phones only for social media and calls still buying 1000k iPhone just for the status symnol and many of my friends are proving that. Thay even don't want to take the conversation what other oems are offering. But I'm Berry happy that I have changed their minds and convinced them to buy a Huawei flagship. So far all of those 5/6 people are very impressed with their p20 pro/mate 20 devices. But the war continues :))))

I can agree that iPhone is very sturdy and durable but never was best looking phone, especially with those huge bezzels.

Only took over three years for Apple to copy the LG G5's wide-angle lens. And it took only three years for Google to both LG and Apple. Samsung only took two years to copy LG.

Looks aren't all that important. If cameras are great, which should be, as they should be an improvement from the xs, then it doesn't matter much what the back of the phone looks like as most people wrap cases around phones.
Others commenting how ugly it is are just haters. Other brands might copy design like they do and these haters might also end up with similar designs on their own phones
