If what I hear is true that AT&T are renowned for their poor support....
...then vote with your feet, customers!
General rule is not to buy from a carrier if you want the full benefits and pleasure from your precious device.

I really just don't get things like this. Why even bother with Gingerbread now. Why not just go to ICS? The device is more than capable of running it.

Atleast AT&T did provide the update.... Rogers skipped the update for LG O3D and we are stuck on froyo untill ics update in the distant future.....
