Sony is reportedly working on a new device, expected to launch in July.

doesn't need to be a Z5, but a sub 5,5" bezelless with mid range specs and Im sold on any device.

    There is a lot of love for Sony phones here in the recent time. As well on the Phonearena. Is Sony marketing finally doing it's thing?

                        I believe s will have a smaller screen at 6.1 inch 21.9 ratio, but the camera will add ToF, that's it a very slight improvement on xperia 1

                              6" 21:9 will be just about 1cm2 more than the screen of Xz2.
                              10+ without Stamina on score 79h here, so this one will do bit better because of smaller screen.

                                    Just a sideline observation: Sony would benefit _a lot_ from a naming convention overhaul. Sony doesn't have a big enough brand and model recognition to work with 1, 1s, 1v and such. Is the 1s an improved version of the "1"? What's a "v"?
                                    Use easily understandable identifiers like Mini, Plus, Lite... As it is now, I kind of think the 1s name might hurt sales on the regular 1. Because, 1s surely means a new improved model?

Xperia Z5 was a fine size, but it was like 25% bezels - the screen size was perfect for one-hand use (I actually used other 5.2" phone - HTC 10), but having the same sized screen on bezel-less phone would be a total dream...

                                        Perfect balance size & pocketable to me is, not more than 75mm width, 8.5mm max thk, below 160mm high.
