Pixel 4 to have a taller screen, Pixel 4 XL to stay about the same, new report claims

The measurements come from @OnLeaks, who recently published 3D renders of the Pixel 4 (a couple of days before Google's official image).

In past, Google though concentrated few bits on Audio as they out Pixel 2 brothers with decent active USB-C DAC in box. Now, fingers crossed..

      Pixel 3 itself is a sweet point size. So this little increase is sweet too as still compact with practical pocket size and cool viewing... nice.

      I do wish they would return T9 alpha numeric key pad option for messaging.

        Today seems a race of which one has the biggest humps LOL. Till the point to think that a case will not even protect them properly.

        But, at least , seems done with metal and with a rugged case it'll be ok. If it comes with under display fingerprint sensor it'd finally a really interesting phone from Motorola, the doubt will be the battery capacity, its endurance and the SoC... But it's supposed to be the Android One Pro (NOT SURE), with Android stock, audio jack, FM Radio, OIS, expandable memory... etc. The tear drop notch is acceptable.

        We will see... as Lenovorola failed until now every model this year... and its overprice make them even less appealing against competitors.

        Which will be the biggest hump this year? I can't imagine one like this one in a side... But perhaps Apple and Google will put that HYPER huge hump at one side in their Pixel 5 and iPhone XII ^^ and add a punch hole - notch combination to make them even more unique.....

          Shame about the height on the XL, I would have preferred a smaller footprint.

            Any info about Pixel Mini? 147.0 x 68.9 is not bad but still, with all the hype about Mini it would be shame if they didn't make it.

              The visual similarity between Pixel 4 & iPhone 11 is uncanny. At least Google could've placed the camera square on the right instead of left for originality.

                A bump in thickness means it might bring back a headphone jack. Since they're buddy buddy with LG, they should ask LG to give Google QuadDACs so the Pixel 4 won't be just a cameraphone but also a audio powerhouse with a QuadDAC powered 3.5mm jack and dual front speakers.

                  "as notches (especially huge ones like on the 3 XL) are going out of fashion fast" - notches were never in fashion if you arent an apple fanboy. Notches and punch holes were "accepted" by many but never liked or even loved by the majority otherwise there weren't phones like the nex, mix1,2,3, find x etc.

                    Google should give dimension with bezels- this is extra 40% of the screen dimensions :)

                          So sony sells remote controllers instead of cell hpones an the pixel went same great.
                          Now ask jeans manufacturers to make pockets starting from ankles.

                            Accepted that the camera is the best on Pixel phones but the price for it just doesn't justify the phone. It should be reasonable as it is a vanilla android phone. I can see that Google is imitating apple when it comes to pricing but I doubt if it's gonna work for Google.
