So funny that the ad is in spanish as we say here they "took/did a spanish one" (very directly translated), when doing something that isn't 100% allowed or correct to do by the rules :D

Where is apple's equivalent of the Blackshark or Mi Max series? Who came first, Mi Mix-line of phones or iphone x? Apple is still stuck on the bus stop sized screen notch.
Where is apple's Roborock vaccumer, Electric scooter, Laser projector, TVs, Air purifier, home security cameras, action cameras, car DVRs, smart NFC/Fingerprint/keypad doorlocks, sensor based soap dispensers, smart rice cookers, AI camera doorbells etc. etc.
Xiaomi may have started making products similar to apple's, but have since made their own style over the years.
Apple Home and HomeKit came after Xiaomi and has less features and support.
Xiaomi has so much more in their catalog than apple, which doesn't really have a catalog, but a tiny pamphlet.

Imagine you're a great beat maker, then Justin Bieber suddenly stole one of your works without your permission or credits, and you called the attention of everybody about it, but nobody cares about you since you're not popular anyway.

When a Chinese person does it then it's stealing and theft, and his employer, or the whole country gets blamed for it -- they planned it together and everyone was in on it.
When someone from the West does it, then it's "inspiration", and "remix", and if there should be any blame then it's only on the individual.

Chinese companies stealing and copying since long but they have never been questioned. Looks like Chinese government has passive support for this. Maybe this is the way they plan on moving their economy forward. Let someone invent, copy it, sell the copycat stuff with low prices and billions will buy cause who will buy almost same thing for double the price? Unless you really care about IP and have enough money, Chinese phones are a very good deal.
