I buy an used and unlocked from japan (AU/SOV39) for US$300, and its amazing but I really want to remove the bloatware that is inside because I think it won't be useful in my country, after all I don't understand it because it uses Japanese characters even when I change the system language to English. and I also hope to be able to install a global version ROM but the problem is the UBL status is No ... what can I do?

It's unthinkable why SONY would just pull out of India. There is a passionate group of buyers in India that go for it's niche products. If only they manufactured high end products in India, they could be very competitive.
At these prices, now way their stocks could last on amazon.in or flipkart.com. Just not possible. People know SONY means quality.

Sony phones are great. Go and buy them. Even my Z3 works fine. I've bought it with $900 in 2014.
