      And next day, Hello i would like to return my phone its not working at all.

      I run a phone shop and saw this happens.
      Voiding OS by instaling own should be always prohibited.
      Its a lot better than telling cutomers i wont refund your phone because you damaged it by using it not properly.

                            Well i dont want to be rude but voiding OS by innstaling own at cost of loosing the 2 years of warranty should be always prohibited no matter what.
