EMUI 9.0.1 update is available for the Mate 20 Lite here in North America. Opening apps and scrolling through the menu is a lot faster than before. Haven't tested out other features yet.

Installed 9.1 EmUi a 4GB update... In my Mate 20X Dubai. Took 30 mins to download n install. Approx.

i live in Bahrain, its downloading, and its around 4.1 GB, like gsm arena you should open the hi care in order to get the update, keep u posted guys.

I just downloaded the update. I live in the United States so I was a little worried about the situation. I was going to go with the Nubia gaming phone until this popped up.

If someone can't get update from settings, you need to try update by hicare.

DavidRegalJnr, 26 Jun 2019Pls how's the battery and what are the bugs after the update?Just installed & experience it for about 6 hours only...need at least 1 week for feedback.
Eitherway, camera experience is better, battery drain still the same as before for now (which is excellent), big files transfer noticeably faster thanks to the Ark Compiler & EROFS system added. Phones performance a bit smoother to me, or maybe just a placebo lol.
