Trump has or should be using POTUS Twitter account, the reason he doesn't is it would not be allowed
This is Twitter which has rules just like we all do, if you invite Elmore someone into your house, they do not get to urinate on the carpet or in any way desecrate or vandalise your property
Twitter does not belong to Trump to say or do what he pleases unlike you or I he has a press secretary to get his message out.
It is the same for everybody if you join a club, you play by their rules
There is no Freedom of Speech Issues,
Anyone who thinks Trump gets re- elected forgets that there are more than 20 "criminal" investigations into Trump, do despite Mueller (2019/07/17 Congress) and his report, Trump had refused to release his Tax Return which no doubt will verify what Michael Cohen has stated
Just to keep this short 6 years of Tax Return being audited for two years now, if that is the case how long did it take to prepare?

as President he cannot be indicted

Social media is the worst thing that has happened, as it gave voice to idiots, paranoid nut-jobs and their message spreads and other idiots believe it.
