And they complain that tablet sales are dying. They've been releasing the 8" model with that low screen resolution and just 2GB of RAM for ages. Who's gonna want to upgrade? What's the point of a tablet if you can't even watch Full HD videos or play popular games?

Does anyone say Huawei MediaPad M6, ibstead of this boring thingy.

Blacktoothgrin, 03 Jul 2019Almost seems pointless to get Tablets these days as phones ... moreValid, But even I consider buying 10" Tab for Media consumption at Home or Office.

8 inch is to small for a tablet as phones are getting close to 7 inch. Smallest tablets should be >8.5 inch to make sense.

Samsung A series are usually midrange products. I would expect to get a midrange SoC, 4 GB ram and full HD from a midrange product.

They should have named it Tab M 8.0 as M seems to be their entry level products.

I'll likely upgrade to this from my slow Kindle Fire.
