This is not much of a news. Many people -if not all- is regularly upgrading their phone every other year or so.
Why keep uodating most news to one country's people?

Just buy new phone and use it three years. After three years buy new one again. Buying new phone more often is useless as it will have no to little difference.

True, many plan upgrade. But there are quite many who are ready to upgrade with all the set of features like one plus 7 pro and samsung note 10.
The variations expected :-
1. screen size restricted between 5.5" and 6".
2. Battery to be 5000mah, fast charge.
3. Camera to be triple
a) upcoming 64mp sensor with a wider than
standard lenses and wide aperture with
distortion correction .
b) 48mp imx586 sensor with wide
aperture tele lens.
c). High end depth sensor for depth defocus
d). Both cameras to have electronic and
optical stabilisation for stills and videos
e). All the cameras to work like in Asus
zenfone 6. Motorised Panorama is must
f). 4k video 2k video 60p slow motion all
optically and electronically stabilised.
4. Atleast 10 gb ram, 256 gb high speed
internal storage
5. 3.5mm jack, dual band gps, separate
expansion slot, fm radio, true stereo dual
speakers.

IMHO, Water and Dust resistance is a must in mobile phones. Was looking forward to getting Xperia 1, but Sony just pulled themselves out of Indian market.
If you ask me, under display fingerprint reader is a bad option because the chances of it not working when display is broken is high.
Asus 6z/6T is my next target.
Any suggestions other than Xperia 1 and 6z, fellow readers?
