I doubt the highly phone-educated crowd on GSMArena would get anywhere close to a Pixel. We just know better.

$539.95 for a crippled phone with mediocre battery capacity, no dual SIM, no headphone jack, no micro sd expansion, last year's snapdragon 845, short-lived, permanently screen burning, color shifting POLED and a huge ugly notch? No thanks. For so much less, you can buy the Pocophone F1 for $300, a 400GB Sandisk micro sd card for less than $60, and install GCam app port for the Pocophone which has more customizable manual settings resulting to better night sight photos than the 'full auto only' Pixel 3XL's GCam with night sight. Now that's a choice that makes 100% better sense than this Google branded phone on 'sale'. What to do with the $80 savings you get? Treat you and your family out for making the right decision by not being fooled by this 'incredible value' Pixel 3XL 'sale' (which actually is zero value).

Or it should have been $360 at launch, but in some country where $360 is a lot less than $360 American. We are fooling ourselves paying more than a basic laptop for a flagship phone.
