The most important feature they need to re-implement is Upload Only While Charging. I can't take any pictures or videos without destroying my battery because it's constantly uploading all the time. It really deters me from using the camera because I'm always worried about having a dead phone.

Removed the app the first day I bought my phone. No Google, you don't have to know what photos I'm taking. There are a plenty of good cloud services and gallery apps, and Google Photos isn't neither.

i do not like fact that if i add images to an album it will also show in photos tab, i want folder function

I love the app and use it a lot both on my Android and iPhone, but I just don't understand why we still lack a way to group and list photos by location.
It's a very useful feature found in Apple's own Photos app for years and that I'd really love to see implemented in Google's.

Been using Google Photos for a couple of years now and gotta say that I'm loving it. Sharing photos via WhatsApp sucks as the images are compressed a lot. On Google Photos just upload the photos and share the link and the other party get the full photo without any compression. I think one product which is getting good from Google is Google Photos.
