This whole thing about pop-up cameras, notches that only include a camera etc. are pretty bad decisions. How about a small mirror (so you can see yourself) below the back camera like the mid-2000s e.g. LG KG800, Nokia 6280/6288 and more. A dedicated camera button would help as you won't be able to see the on-screen camera button. This is a simple, yet great idea that no company has used to replace the existence of the front camera.

I'd rather have a rear screen for that price Gorilla glass is strong for just being used as a rear. If I have a phone with a rear panel that costs a lot, I'd rather it have more functionality other than being brittle and shiny. Now if you aren't what you're talking about, any better ideas? Calling other people stupid without having any better recommendation about the topic says more about you being stupid than the person you're talking about. You're just more talk, no brains to analyze.

Front + rear display is always better than having a mechanical front-cam to achieve fullscreen front display. Mechanical complexity has limited actuations, it will break even if users use them carefully and will sieze when not in use over time. Dual display (front + rear) is the only implementation to achieve IP67 + Fullscreen front display + superior selfie cam.

what about having the top and bottom bezels back; fit them as usual with the selfie camera and other sensors, then develop better sounding front-firing stereo speakers- one that is better than the already good razer phone 1 and 2? smartphones are becoming more and more a device for media consumption with their ever growing screen dimensions, so why not provide a loud and full range speakers to complete the package? on my razer phone 1 and 2, watching movies is a whole new level as the big speakers can simulate surround sound, being dolby atmos certified. then i recently got the xperia 1, which had the best screen for movies perhaps i have seen in a smartphone so far, but it is ruined by unbalanced stereo setup with the bottom firing main speaker and the earpiece. besides, these bezelless devices are more prone to breakage when dropped.

One less thin... morefront facing camera isn't just for selfie you know. if they remove it, how can people do video call? the old front facing bezell design still the best design than any other thing they offer to us like notch, pop up, flip, etc.

Just get rid of the selfie camera altogether. One less thing for the FBI, NSA, CIA, CPC, government spying agencies, and hackers to break into and use for spying. Plus, it'll probably reduce people's narcissistic tendencies.
