I experience the same and reported it already. I thought that I was just among the "few" unfortunate ones, but it turned out that others also experience the same.

Problems mentioned on Chinese phones. Annoying problems not little problems.
Your reply -- as long as it's fixed in 1 or 2 weeks then it's fine.
Xs max had charging problem on some handsets and it was fixed in a week and u still mention it almost a year later :D
Same with samsung problems and u start criticising.
The mate 20 pro similar price to samsung high end phones too so at least u admit problems can happen to cheap or expensive phones of any brand.
Thanks for the laugh :)

AnonD-731363, 10 Jul 20191000 euros phone and a stupid problem like this thats unbel... moreI used mi9 and mate 20 Pro both has issues mi9 has issue with wireless charging it doesn’t charge to 100% and some time stop charging in the middle of charging, second issue there’s an random overheating issue and third issue ads shows even if you switch it off from setting still showing on file manager. Mate 20 Pro the first and most famous issue greenish tint OLED, brightness not that good under sun light, face 3D ID doesn’t work that good and it can be hacked! And last and not least in screen fingerprint doesn’t works well same goes to mi9 in screen fingerprint scanner you have to register it from time to time cause it didn’t recognize your finger.

AnonD-731363, 10 Jul 20191000 euros phone and a stupid problem like this thats unbel... moreCharging problem was fixed in a week. I'm sure this bug will be fixed too. It doesn't matter how costly a phone is, bugs can still happen whether it's a cheap phone or expensive.
Just for your information as you love your Chinese phones which never get problems, on the latest update on xiaomi phones on android 9 there are several issues.
When opening the main camera app, the back of the phone heats up.
Open any big game and it will start lagging. This problem was not there before the latest update.
WiFi speeds have dropped alot after new update.
The notch covers the video sometimes.
Even these Chinese companies aren't poor they have plenty money too.
I'm sure these bugs will be fixed in next update but u just need to calm down when bugs happen as it can happen on any device and it's part of the experience. Since the beginning of smartphones there has never been any phone which hasn't encountered any bugs ever.
Just chill with the hate

Same rubbish different year. Samsung are Samsuck. They will never change. Best hardware on Android but the most rubbish software a guy can ask for. Don't even supply Europe or UK with SD 855 model because they are so greedy. Enough is enough. Headphone will be gone too. Samsuck needs to learn the hard way.

Same problem on my Note 9 after software update. First, they pushed an update which crippled the whole camera module and had to be replaced. Now after the software update, the crippled the god damn camera software. Now I am 100% sure to ditch samsung and buy some other brand next time.

That is some interesting feedback. When I updated my Exynos Note9, I was using the 16:9 aspect ratio by default and did not encounter any of the issue on 100% of the shots I made using the Night Mode.
A quick change of aspect ratios still yielded the same results. No error encountered.
For those who've encountered it, they say a quick clear cache and restart of the camera app did the trick. But it is not a solid solution.
Enjoying the night mode though, but hopefully an OTA will be done if it is indeed a widespread issue.
