Apple likes to use the lower case "i" in front of generic words, like "iPhone" and "iPad". Despite their preference for this, they were not the first in either case. Cisco had the term "I-phone" before Apple's iPhone, and Intel had the first IPAD, and S. Hawking before them with what he called an "information pad".

I - "eye", does not make the same sound as Mi or Media. There's no copying.

Speaking of just something that just sounds similar, MyPhone came long before iPhone.

        MiPad, MediaPad. These Chinese companies are so good at copying Apple's naming. Can they be more creative, for just a while?

          5100mAh battery on a 10.1 inch screen smells like poor battery life to me. 10.1 inch tablets need around 7000-8000 mAh batteries to get good battery life.
