Google releases a new android, all pixels get it instantly, the other phones like Samsung, xiaomi delay it for skinning and stuff so that's why it is slow otherwise there is nothing wrong with android, the Devs may release new android version for their phones the same day it launches

Google releases android to all when it releases its final build , however its the OEM(Mobile Manufacturers) decide to customize the android with adding their stuff which takes time and then they rollout to respective devices..

                  Can someone please tell me why it seems Android is playing a cat and mouse games when it comes to releasing Android? I just recently got Pie now there is Q on the way. The time I receive Q. R will be on beta testing. Why? Why?
