    Kangal, 14 Jul 2019Cheers! Here's another present. I've been aggregating the ... moreYou missed samsung's newest chips exynos 7904 7884 and 9610
For sd450, 625 and 632 why did they got different scores for gpu performance? They have the same gpu
The gpu performance of sd 670 should be close to sd 710 and better than sd660
Helio p35's gpu performance us too much it should get lower score. But it should get better score for the cpu multi core

        [deleted post]Cheers!
Here's another present. I've been aggregating the performance of chipsets for a while now, it's a handy tool to reference roughly where a device would be.

        WARNING LONG POST !!!

PS: Not sure what is up with the commenting system here, I've tried my best to keep it clean and legible, but it keeps breaking format and there's random characters that keep popping up like (Â).

        (pre-2020)

*A balanced SoC is most desired, with importance given to IPC, then Total CPU, and finally Graphical Powress
*thermals and battery life taken into account when positioning
*scores are based on averages, and rounded up/down, due to variance of handsets
*some scores are not properly available (?), but an estimate is provided.

PS: may update in future to include more SoC's (eg AMLogic, Allwinner, iPad SoC's, and obscure Snapdragon SoC's like the dreaded QSD 617). Please feel free to ask for any specific SoC's you are interested in seeing listed. Cheers!

The entire A lineup should be omitted from this article. Idk why people are still buying these when there are absolutely more functional and valuable offers like Redmi k20. And for S series, there's nothing left to say when it lags behind in battery and camera, not to mention the ugly punch hole display :)

A50 must be the first one ..........

Kangal, 14 Jul 2019I guess this post is based on "Top 20 phones searched on GS... moreOne of the few sensible and unbiased comment i haven't often seen here..Hats off!

MedriVia, 14 Jul 2019Wow, 80% of them are notched phones. xDI always disliked notches (and I still do). However, as soon as I got my first phone with a notch (Xiaomi Mi9), I realized that they are relatively easy to ignore.
What bothers me far more than the notch, is the bezel-less display which sometimes makes it very hard to work with the phone. In addition, the taller our phones get, the more we realize that a major UI redesign is more than overdue.
