Anonymous, 17 Jul 2019Your comment shows that your words only apply to youBut it isn't about brand satisfaction. It may be dressed that way but this is about intent to buy. I work at a cellular dealership, and I can tell you the average Apple customers are the least satisfied with their devices. Not being informed about recalls, poor performance and battery life, regular freezing on black screens, less attractive photos, constantly being harassed by their device to login or buy other Apple products. But even with these complaint about 70% -80% of the time those people will by another Apple device. Why? Because of the lies. "They just work", "If you don't have an iphone you can't talk to other iphones", "They are easier to use", "More secure", "they have better build quality", "You need imessage to talk to other iphones", "It is hard to change, or learn a different phone". So no, when asked what they would buy people are typically not talking about brand satisfaction.

Hookar, 15 Jul 2019Its odd how Oneplus is not on the list. Since I have switch... moreLoved Oneplus until they decided to follow Apple's footstep of removing 3.5mm jack and come up with stupid pop up camera design. Their phone are blazingly fast, no doubt. Just wished they don't follow others blindly. Have since switched to Huawei Mate 20 X and have been very very very happy since.

The last time I felt this happy was when I bought Samsung Note 2 years ago.

Anonymous, 17 Jul 2019Trying something like a v30 or up is a different experience... moreNever a LG again. Their phones are unfinished products that has many rough edges. They promise increased updates a year ago, but look what has come out of it. At least Huawei is improving their software updates, just look at P10 and now even Mate 9.

Buying LG V20 was the worst phone decision ever. It deteriorates after a while, opening WhatsApp (or other non intensive apps like Caller) can take up to 10 seconds at times. Phone runs hot easily, especially under bright light. It's like using a 2012 phone today whenever it gets cranky. The Oneplus 3 which was launched earlier is still as snappy as the first day I bought it. It even got Android Pie, despite starting out with Marshmallow. And V20 only has Oreo. Go figure.

Not to mention pixel doesn't have the best camera. The pixel 2 had best HDR, not best overall capabilities.

Anonymous, 15 Jul 2019I am not happy with any brand -- they are all too big. That is totally true. The most compact phone i know in 2019 is the samsung s10e next is the xiaomi mi9se. If only sony can bring back their compact line since they are now doing great on their screen to bezels ratio 82% on the xperia1. Sony is now improving on their cameras they just need to add more juice 4000mah the least for 2019. For the screen maybe a 5.5" 21:9 aspect ratio and 80% screen to bezel ratio. I dont think sony will go back to 18:9 or 16:9.

Still using my Z5c thinking in switching to mi9se but the notch make me think twice. S10e is overpriced with an inscreen cutout.

I might end up going to Nokia if Pixel goes defunct. Nokia or HMD, whatever you want to call them.

Nokia was pretty much my favorite brand in the previous decade getting the legendary 3310 in December 2001 and N82 in January 2008. The Microsoft Lumia 640 had the best reception I ever heard from a cell phone. Sounded like a landline.

I'm the type who also prefers to get a phone nobody has. In the USA, it's pretty much a duopoly between Apple or Samsung but iPhones dominate far more from what I've seen.

Hookar, 15 Jul 2019Its odd how Oneplus is not on the list. Since I have switch... moreBest hardware? Lack of headphone jack, expandable memory, IP/MIL-STD rating, wireless charging, and IR Blaster are far from the best hardware. LG and Samsung take that crown.

In terms of software? Absolutely the OnePlus destroys all but it misses quite the mark in terms of hardware; no matter how 'fast' their hard drive, RAM, and Cameras are.

Its odd how Oneplus is not on the list. Since I have switched to the 7Pro from a long list of other phones like the Hornor 8, Redmi note 3, Mi 3, Galaxy s3, iPhone 5, Samsung Focus, LG Optimus, Nokia 5233 XpressMusic and other phones, I can safely say that oneplus has the best OS and Hardware among any phone right now and my friends who got the Oneplus 1 have stuck on to oneplus till now.

Well had lenovo Vibeshot before and was completely satisfied with my device.
Now from first day of purchase have my Moto X4 and i am completely satisfied with my device.
And i plan to buy Nomkia touch phone next since my Moto X4 dont have sucessor.

I mostly stick with Sony phones, mostly. But I really liked S9 and HTC 10. I can easily recommend them to everyone.

I currently have an XZ Premium. If I'm happy with it? Let me put it this way, it's the luxury I'm proud of showing off. It's the ultimate power that can run any game I throw at it. It's my favourite phone since I laid eyes on it, and haven't seen anything new to excite me that much.
So im more, way more than just happy!

Been with Samsung since the very early days of Android. This is my "home". Just can't wait to replace my S7 Edge with the S10e. Hate curved edges. But Samsung all the way.

Yes. My first smartphone was Htc. Currently using Htc and will continue to use Htc until it stops making phones. According to me, Htc is the Apple of androids.

Nokia since 1994. 100 % satisfaction through all these years. Now using Nokia 7 plus, an amazing phone!

Geez, we get it. The fanboys here are salty and whining because Apple has good numbers. The survey was done to check brand satisfaction. Huawei and Samsung might both be Android, but they couldn't care less if your next phone is Android, if it's not one of theirs.

The little girl gripes get tiring after a while. Especially since you all don't seem to understand the purpose of the survey.

I have a year old Meizu 16th stuck on its original Android version... what do you think?
