    Also about updates, if they all had Snapdragon SOCs then the same would apply. It's the uniformity that helps

      This just seems like a cover story for the real truth that they don't have the ability to manufacture more 7nm SoC's using EUV. They are either having yield issues or just don't have enough lines dedicated to EUV. It's said that the new plant will only be available by the end of the year, which will increase output a lot, but for now they just don't have the capacity. If it was really down to the dispute then they would cut production of a different SoC.

        Battery life is solid on Exynos too no huge battery drain. If all Samsungs had Exynos everyone would get updates ALOT faster

          Good. The rest of the world would like the Snapdragon versions of Samsung flagships too. Not just North America
