Of the ones you mentioned, only Lenovo and Xiaomi (some product lines) have proper thermals but because they are not pretty looking (Lenovo), they do not make the news.

It was proven the ARM processores do not yield power on Windows OS, the reason Microsoft canceled its line of development on them. Windows OS is desigrn for Intel architecture and requires a complex instruction set in hardware CISC not RISC like ARM. Snapdragon will not work well.

I should have been 855+ but Windows 10 with 8GB RAM is sufficient if it is priced properly.....better than iPad Pro IMO...if it is 12 inch QHD AMOLED display.....it must be around $750 to succeed...
