This is utterly stupid device. Where is this mobile phone inch size pissing contest going? It`s like looking at little boys yelling "mine is bigger than yours". 4 inches for mobile phone is last usable size for our hands and pockets - you want more than that?-get any TAB on the market. This in between crap sucks!

mobile phone is a phone that u can... moreRubbish. I think with the right design, we can get comfortable 5" screens (this, of course, is not great design). The 4.3" Galaxy S2 is a perfect fit for even my tightest jeans, but I reckon I could probably get the 5" Galaxy Note in them too. 4.3" is probably the maximum screen size for one handed operation though. I would not be surprised to see 10" tablets with phone functions in the next 12 months (perhaps with bluetooth headsets).
Larger screens are great for multimedia and gaming, if that's what you want from a phone go for larger screens. If its a basic phone, go for any size.

The width is definitely a disadvantage compared to Galaxy Note. It makes the phone less handier.
