It is difficult when customer enters the mobile phone shop and ask for a HDMI cable or a land line phone.
But the best part is if someone comes in and looks for exact úphone cover with exact printing i mean picture or markings.
For example kids asking for a book case with miickey mouse or Donald Duck, Popey the Sailor etc.
When you mostly have cases just in one color without any printing because most brands are not sold in any coloured variants in our country such as Lenovo or Motorola phones, xiaomi etc.
For example on Apple we have tons of coloured back case covers and some book covers even for Samsung we have plenty but some brands which doesnt sells that much in our country we have only plain colours offers.
Tehn my people are like you know running a whole factory to make a one custom case would be like 1000-2000 euros for case because they have to set the machine fit the new program order etc.
Its kinda funny.

I mean really low on customers today and mostly people asking for things we dont even have for sale which is pretty frustrating they are not seeing what we have for sale or what???

Nothing is 100% perfect not even the handmade gear such as Vertu or top brands such as Bose or Senheiser or Sony Bravia TV which are exceptional quality but you know when accident happens its failing like domino bricks.

Today had a customer which phone vouice settings randomily durring a day sets from 100 to 0 and the quiet button turns on also randomily.
Funny.
Customer claims this happens several times a day but the buttons seeems alright.

As you may see less and less connections phones have and more and more features are stucked under the hood.

Speakers under the display will probably be more common next year, wireless charging has been upgrading solidly year over year, under display fingerprint sensors are getting better and more popular, and we only got another year before cameras under the display. Plus, companies just LOVE making sure the phone's battery can't be taken out.
