Ignore customers requirements, equal less sales.
Let's see 6-12 months from now.
Even design looks outdated. Just a brick.

I dont really care what you guys prioritize in a phone. Its your life and resources. But as far a my lifestyle goes, having or rather not having such jack is not a big point for me to be so sour about a phone. And you did read what I said right? That I understand you guys that still wants it, I have been there too. Now my question is, do you guys even understand my point? Mutual understanding is key here. I believe some of you lack some of it here.

I hope not. They won't learn if their sales don't dip

So after all the fuzz about the lack of headphone jack, Samsung can simply price aggressively and win the sales back. Seems to me that's the only way to get at Huawei and Apple, aggressive prices

i got galaxy buds with s10e and while i enjoy them i wont buy phone without 3.5mm
enough with this "ancient" and not enough space phones from 2002 had bt headphones and a jack
you pay more for less but they are enough fools on this planet for this madness to work
midrangers have more features than flagships these days but of course everyone needs to show off with their new gadget
look around you tv/car/amp everything has 3.5mm dont tell its obsolete and old tech because its the best way to transfer audio between devices

side note: to the people using BT, having a jack does not affect you using your sweet wireless earbuds, stop gloating

Their lack of camera improvements have been their biggest mistake, same sensors from the S7 is just crazy. When people spend a lot of money on a iPhone or Pixel they know they're getting a top end camera, same goes for Huawei flagships now also. Not been the case for Samsung since the S8 . And it shows

I won't be buying the note 10 due to no audio jack and the camera cut out looking like a giant dead pixel.

Samsung & Apple are just damaging the mobile market with Over Priced phones, consumers now are growing up more and keeping more loyal to there phones, some regulations needs to be brought in to control the pricing of mobiles or more companies like Sony or HTc will be finished soon

That's why people are opting for cheaper alternatives like Oppo, vivo, or Xiaomi.

"Counterpoint predicts Galaxy Note10 sales will be level with the Note9"

NOPE. The lack of a 3.5mm jack , microsd slot as STANDARD on Galaxy Note 10, plus the lack of a 3.5mm jack as STANDARD on Galaxy note 10+ SHUNS POWER / PRODUCTIVE users AWAY. Therefore the sales will be way LESSER as a form of "protest", mark my words. The last year's model Galaxy Note 9 is simply more worth the money for the ALL AROUND package and productivity.

people hold onto their phones because its so expensive to upgrade nowadays..and with no tempting buyback programmes it wont be improving any time soon
